For the past two days (June 11-12, 2018) we were able to attend the MTC (Missionary Training Center) in Provo, UT and participate in a language training immersion program. For four hours each day we met with instructors, missionaries and volunteers and spoke Portuguese continually.

| This district of new missionaries has been at the MTC for 6 days. All are Portuguese speaking. Four (besides us) are going to Cape Verde. Each one was able to bear a short but sweet testimony in Portuguese. That was quite impressive considering the short time that they have had to train. |

This is our language tutor, Emily Schill. We have been working with her online for several months. She planned our immersion experience at the MTC and has been fantastic to work with. She holds a special place in our hearts.
